COHORT

April - June, 2026 | $1000

Raising, Leading, & Being Healthy Elders

This cohort is designed for Harbor Network lead pastors and their elder teams. It combines a focused in-person gathering for lead pastors with guided online seminars for full elder teams, followed by a one-to-one coaching conversation to help translate insight into shared practice.

Many pastors inherit an elder structure without ever being formed for how plurality actually works. This cohort creates space to clarify the lead pastor’s role, strengthen shared leadership, and develop elder teams marked by trust, maturity, and clarity over the long haul.

If you’re ready to invest in the health of your elder team, and not just its structure, register now. Capacity is limited.
