Overview

Harbor Network is searching for a Director of Generosity to help cultivate and grow a community of donors who invest prayer, relationships, and financial resources in Harbor's mission of supporting pastors and leaders as they launch, lead, and multiply thriving churches. This person will work closely with the Executive Director to steward existing donor relationships, identify and engage new partners, and shape the fundraising strategy and systems that sustain Harbor's work.

This role is well-suited for someone who is equally comfortable building relationships and managing the infrastructure that supports them. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, and mission-driven—someone who can move naturally between donor conversations and CRM data, between long-term strategy and timely follow-through. They should communicate warmly and compellingly, take initiative without being prompted, and bring genuine alignment with Harbor's values and vision.

This is a part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The position may be remote or locally based, with periodic travel required for events, team gatherings, and donor engagement.
