Overview

Harbor Network is searching for a Development Manager, Donor Engagement to support and strengthen the organization’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This person will help cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, execute fundraising plans, and steward the systems that support Harbor Network’s mission of caring for pastors and leaders as they plant, lead, and multiply thriving churches.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys both relational work and behind-the-scenes coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and self-motivated—someone who can manage details without losing sight of people. This person should communicate clearly and warmly, handle donor data and systems with care, and work comfortably across tools and platforms. They should be relational, trustworthy, flexible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.

This is a part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week), based in Louisville with frequent in-office presence, and has potential to grow into a full-time role.
