Dear Friends,

A few years ago, the Port of Savannah deepened its harbor—an unseen, patient work that expanded its reach for decades to come. In many ways, that mirrors what God has been doing through Harbor Network. The past few years have been a season of strengthening foundations—quiet, faithful work to deepen our capacity for gospel renewal.

As we enter our 14th year, that investment is bearing fruit. Through our Establishing One Harbor initiative, we’ve grown to 123 churches across 30 states, nearly half of which now call Harbor their primary home for connection, care, and shared mission. We’re steadily moving toward our 2027 vision: one harbor of 150 churches, launching 25 new churches each year, rooted in six flourishing regions.

This year brought fresh momentum. Fourteen leaders are currently in residency training. Our Leader Care and Renewal department has expanded to serve more pastors than ever. We took bold financial steps of faith, and again, God met our risk with His provision.

As we approach the final phase of Establishing One Harbor, the work is deepening. The groundwork is set, the systems are strong, and the tide is rising. Together, we are preparing to welcome what God will do next—renewal that multiplies through thriving churches across the country and beyond.
